To allow for exceptional service and quality, The Garden Studio accepts only a limited number of weddings and events each year. Wedding and event dates are generally reserved months in advance. Floral design packages require a minimum investment of $1,000.
The Garden Studio provides floral design consultation, creation, and set up at venues within 50 miles of the Washington, DC area. However, destination weddings or events are considered and travel costs will be included.
Costs for wedding and event bouquets and arrangements are based on the size, style, type of flowers requested, and the choice of rental vases, candles, and candle holders. The Garden Studio will make recommendations for keeping within your floral budget and offer cost saving options whenever possible. The average cost for weddings or events including bouquets, floral décor, and arrangements; Virginia state tax; and delivery and set up charges are generally between $2,200 -$3,800.
The Garden Studio requires a signed contract and 20% deposit to hold your wedding or event date. However, there is complete flexibility in the floral plan until four weeks prior to the wedding or special event. Final payment is due four weeks prior to the event date so that all flowers and supplies can be ordered well in advance
